4. AI Processing
Skala uses artificial intelligence tools from OpenAI to provide some features. Customer Data is not used to train AI models. It is processed only to provide requested functionality.

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

10. Google and Microsoft Calendar Data
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Skala may access and process certain calendar data on your behalf.
This may include event titles, descriptions, timestamps, participants, and other related metadata necessary to provide the integration.
This data is used solely to provide requested functionality within the Service, such as displaying, creating, updating, or synchronizing calendar events.
Limited Use of Google User Data
Skala's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular:
- Skala will only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are directly related to the functionality of the Service.
- Skala will not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
- Skala will not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.
- Skala will not use Google user data to train general artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Data Storage and Security for Integrations
Calendar data accessed through Google or Microsoft integrations is processed securely and stored only as necessary to provide the Service.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect this data.
Data Retention and Deletion
Users may disconnect Google or Microsoft integrations at any time.
Upon disconnection, Skala will stop accessing data from the connected account and will delete stored integration data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal or operational reasons.
Users may also request deletion of their data by contacting team@mail.yourskala.com.
Third-Party Access and Permissions
Users control the permissions granted to Skala through their Google or Microsoft account settings.
Users can revoke access at any time through their Google Account Permissions page or Microsoft Account Permissions page.
