Meeting Access Control
Meeting access determines who may open the meeting record, even if they cannot attend. The creator and invited attendees can access their meeting. The default is Attendees and project members; project members gain access when the meeting is linked to their project. Access to linked tasks and confidential decisions is controlled separately.
Find the Access setting
Open the meeting and select Show details. The meeting creator can change Access; other viewers can see the current level but cannot change it.
Only attendees: Access is limited to attendees. Guests without a Skala account will be required to verify their email. Use this for any meeting requiring tight control of access.
Attendees and project members: Attendees and signed-in project members can access the meeting. Use this for meetings with content that all project members may benefit from even if they didn't attend the meeting.
Attendees and organization members: Anyone in the meeting host's organisation can view the meeting content. Use this for meetings such as a company All hands.
Anyone with the link: Use this for public or other widely shared presentations such as an AGM. People with the meeting link will be able to add content such as comments, but not modify existing content such as agenda items.
